Service Description

PredictVirality is an AI-powered content analysis tool that provides virality score predictions for social media content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts). Scores are estimates and do not guarantee actual engagement or viral performance.

Accounts and Credits

You must provide a valid email or Google account to create an account.
New accounts receive free starter credits.
Each analysis costs 8 credits.
Credits can be purchased via our pricing page.
Credits are non-refundable once used for analysis.
Referral credits (100 per successful referral) are earned when a referred friend signs up.

Acceptable Use

You may only upload content that you own or have the right to analyze.
You may not use the service for any illegal or harmful purpose.
You may not attempt to abuse, hack, or reverse-engineer the service.
You may not create multiple accounts to abuse free credits or referrals.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By purchasing credits, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. PredictVirality does not claim any rights to your uploaded images or videos. We only process your content to generate analysis results.

Disclaimer

PredictVirality provides AI-generated predictions for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that any content will go viral or achieve specific engagement metrics. Scores are based on AI analysis and should be used as guidance, not guarantees.

Limitation of Liability

PredictVirality is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
